I liked this episode. Nolan's brother shows up because his girl friend is pregnant and he is scared. Turns out he is clean. LAPD has him go undercover to buy drugs that are turning people into zombies. Buying drugs is what he is good at!
Harper and her husband unite to take their daughter trick or treating with some really cool Star Wars Halloween costumes. Somehow they 'accidentally' sleep together afterwards even though her ex is on the verge of proposing to his girlfriend. Harper makes it clear it was a one-time thing.
Lucy was totally bad-ass taking down the 'ghost' in her building that was actually living in the walls stalking another girl.
