No Rookie until Jan 2. Watch the countdown in the banner. Now that John Nolan knows about Bailey's past, he must decide if they still have a future; when a plane crashes in the middle of the city, the team races to find out why.

Poor Bailey now that we know the truth. I like how they put up links for help after the episode. Hopefully this will help someone dealing with this horrible situation. I thinkI would ask to dog sit Tim and Lucy’s dog. I think he would attack this guy if he shows up at her house. Nolan and his police friends will be on the watch now. The planted drugs will hopefully be dropped charges. Who were those cops? Scary that this convict has such reach. I love that the crazy scary husband is being played by her real husband. Nice way to work together. He plays a nice guy real well.

This is probably my least favorite episode of the season. I totally can't get into Bailey. I see no chemistry there. I have issues the way she talks to and about people and her lying to Nolan was the last straw. They spent several episodes telling us she is a bad-ass who doesn't need anyone. Now they portray her as the poor victim who is now the damsel in distress which of course Nolan can't resist. I don't even understand the argument that somehow she was so traumatized that she wasn't able to tell Nolan.
The best part was Wesley and James bonding. I could enjoy that friendship.
