Well it is a half hour show with a large ensemble cast, so by the time they get everyone in the episode, none of them get much screen time. It looks like there was another scene that was cut out, probably for time purposes. These were posted on ABC's page for episode photos from last night's MF.

I watched tonight's episode and it was an interesting 5 minutes. I was surprised that the proposal came so quickly, but I really liked that they had the characters get real about their differences and hopes for the future. What surprised me though, was that they didn't wrap up the story line. It seems as if Nathan might make yet another appearance but the season is awfully close to ending. I can't believe they're intending on carrying this story line into next season. At any rate, he looked so FINE!!!!!!!

I thought he did a great job!! Many comments I've seen were that it was the best MF episode they've watched in the last few years. It was great that he got a lot more screen time this episode. I did have to laugh at Krista Allen being in the same episode. No scenes with Nathan at all though. Just funny coincidence. I'm sure they never crossed paths. It does seem that he might be back. Unless we were meant to understand that the "fade to black" was the end of their relationship.

I thought he did a good job in the part, but I wasn't really into that role. I don't care for the vain, self centered characters. I agree he looked great! Kind of neat they showed Rainer's birthday so close to Nathan's. I had to wonder if some of his lines might have hit close to home. In 5 years he'll be 50 (on the show), he doesn't have time to be casually dating. Even his 20 something girlfriend was concerned about him turning 50 so soon. Then they bring out the cake that has so many candles it looked like they needed a fire extinguisher! If they were trying to make him feel old I'm sure they succeeded. I'm glad he got this part, but even more glad that it isn't a permanent role.

What I enjoyed most was that it gave him a part where he went through, and was able to portray, a wide range of emotions in those 5 minutes. Similar to the first episode of ConMan S2 where he goes through so many emotions in the meeting with his agents. Always does a great job showing the change with very little words.

You're about the third person that I've seen ask that and say they missed her. lol. She was the stewardess on the guys flight at the very end of the episode, when it came back from commercial after Nathan's scene ended.

Oh, I see her now, she looks good but I was completely not paying attention by the ending scene. I knew she was doing an episode but it never dawned on me she was in this one. I even watched the ending scene. I watched it again after someone mentioned her being in it. He looks so different then he did on Castle.
