Is anyone watching American Housewife? I decided to watch one since Nathan is going to be on it. In 30 secs it was idiotic and it never got any better. I couldn't even watch the whole episode. I guess I'll put up with it when Nathan is on.

I apologize in advance if you love American Housewife, but I can't stand it. I forced myself to watch last night. It definitely improved once Nathan got on the screen. In case you don't want to suffer through it, here is Nathan's part:

I've never seen the show before but I sure enjoyed Nathan's appearance! It was fun to see him be a slightly cheesy version of himself.  The best moment for me was when he hung up his brown coat and said that he did this for himself. Knowing how he feels about his Firefly experience, that was a genuinely emotional moment for me. I'm guessing he'll be on the show when they have the social event she's planning. Do we know when that airs? Might he really ride in on an elephant?  ? |

Thanks, IBM. I saw a sneak peak last night and sure enough, Nathan rides in all decked out in Indian garb and riding an elephant! I have to believe he loved that experience! I don't know if he'll do much dialogue in this one though. I get the impression he's just the show and tell! I'll definitely watch though.

The whole thing seemed kind of bizarre. I thought the line they wrote for him as he was riding on the camel was positively stupid - "I'm riding on a camel disguised as an elephant and I've never felt more alive!" That's the last of that show that I'll be watching!

In case you don't want to watch the full episode, here is Nathan's part in it. I think Nathan really enjoyed his appearances on AHW.
On a side note, I liked how they broke down the Bollywood dance into 'screwing in the lightbulb' and 'petting the dog'(not in this clip though)!
