I'm torn over the ending. I've loved that character since the start of the show but I also feel that this solidifies this as a cop show where no one is safe and anything can happen. It also means the rest of the characters will have some great story arcs to play off of this. I'm sad because I'll miss the actor/character but I'm looking forward to what's to come.
