Nolan is standing by his TO. He is working his way into the Dept as a guy who is there for other officers especially the ones he works with. He will put his new career in jeopardy to protect others for what is right.

This sneak peak looks fun! I think our officers are a little star struck.

I love the little pre fun gigs they do. I saw Will.I.am when he was in the Wolverine origin movie with Hugh Jackman at the premiere in Tempe, Az back in 2008.

Review - Spoilers
The rookies have a tough time this week. The powers that be decided the rookies must complete a checklist of certain crimes while being the primary before they can take the rookie exam to move on. Chen has 7 remaining on her list. West only needs 3 more. Nolan needs zero because Bishop had him act as primary from day one. Unfortunately they only have 2 days to complete their lists.
Chen was really upset. She kept saying she'll never get it done. She finally had the chance to bust a lady who was really down on her luck and didn't have the money to do the legal thing. Even though she was desperate, Chen couldn't bring herself to make things worse for the lady so she let her go with a warning. Chen was even more despondent. Bradford kept trying to cheer her up and kept trying to track down known criminals that she could bust but they never worked out. I understood her dilemna but I got tired of hearing her constantly whine about how she'll never complete her list.
Jackson was really cocky this week. He quickly got a crime crossed off his list. Then he pulled a car over and tried to bust a former drug user. He basically tore the guy's car apart and found an empty drug baggie stuffed down in the back seat. West was all set to take him in even though the he was obviously clean and had just recently purchased the car. Lopez lit into West then. She thought he was acting out because of finding out his dad wasn't as squeaky clean as he always thought, but she wasn't going to let him ruin a guy's life for no reason. Later he jumped in the driver seat of their shop and sped after a suspect nearly running down a lady pushing a stroller. That seemed to knock the cockiness out of him.
Bishop had to deal with the DRB because of not listing her foster brother on her application. Nolan really wanted to help but everyone told him he was just a rookie and couldn't help. Of course he couldn't do nothing. He wrote a letter about Bishop and gave it to her. She said it would definitely help. Nolan seemed surprised and asked if she was going to give it to the Chief. She said no and smiled. I love their relationship! Of course Nolan is always unable to keep his mouth shut. He barged in and told the chief how great Bishop was. Sgt Grey asked if he was trying to lose his job. Nolan wasn't afraid. It's more important to him to stand up for people - particularly those he cares about.
Bishop is told she can make her problems go away if she keeps tabs on what's happening at the precinct and reports back. She doesn't want to be a snitch for IA. What will she decide?
