A really great show tonight. Nolan was teamed with a night detective, Nick Armstrong. They investigated a home invasion with a fatality. Armstrong asked Nolan to work with him on the case. I think that made this episode particularly satisfying to see a case from the beginning to end. Nolan also ran into his old flame, Grace, at the hospital. He had broken her heart in college and she still had bad feelings about it, but he apologized in that sincere way that Nathan is so good at. She seemed grateful for the apology and although she appears to be married, who knows what might happen.
