Nathan looks so pale in these fan question videos. I bet they did them first thing in the morning with lack of sleep/jet lag taking it's toll. Probably not the greatest lighting either. He looked much better and less pale in all the pics later in the day. That short trip is hard to do dealing with the time change and then quickly back again.

I admit I thought he looked like death warmed over in those interviews but I decided it was bad lighting. He looked so good in the other pics.

So I was not the only one who thought he looked very pale. I was wondering if he was sick because to me he looked clammy.

In honor of Nathan Fillion, Indiana names Firefly as the official state insect! OK, maybe this had nothing to do with Nathan. Does anyone else have a state insect?

When we were kids and visited Wisconsin we used to catch "lightning bugs", throw them in the toilet and watch them light up the toilet. -LOL

Illinois also has the Monarch butterfly as its insect. We used to catch fireflies when we were kids and put them in a mason jar. Weโd put it by our bed and use it as a night light.

My grandparents lived in southern Illinois and when we would visit them in the summer, the whole family would gather out on the big front porch and we kids would run around the yard trying to catch fireflies. When we caught one, we'd take it to my mom who would hold it in her hand until it lit up and then she'd pinch off the lit portion of the body and STICK IT TO OUR FOREHEAD! God's truth! It's a wonder I made it this far! Face Palm

The Official insect of Florida is the Flying American Roach. The Flying American Roach is also the state bird. The government wants people to believe it is the Mocking Bird, but it is really the Flying Roach.

It's a bird, no it's an insect, no it's a bird! -LOL Roaches that crawl are bad enough, I don't even want to think about ones that fly.
