It was nice to see Molly still stays in touch with her TV Dad. She is probably the closet Nathan will come to having a daughter.

I agree that it's cool to see Molly stayed connected. I believe Nathan has always been someone she looked to for advice and guidance.
It's been a while since we've heard about any of Nathan's infamous parties. It looks like he hasn't lost his touch and he seems to have a great circle of caring friends. You reap what you sow!

I didn't understand the significance of the picture with Alan and Nathan's head. Turns out although Gary is returning for season 3, Nathan didn't have time to reprise that role so Alan is taking over. They are passing it off as Gary's head continuing to deteriorate.

I guess it’s hard for me to believe Nathan is so busy that he can’t do the part in SCD. I don’t know much about the various schedules, but surely it’s just a matter of a couple days to do SCD? Rookie has been done filming for awhile and they’re not even sure there will be a season 2. Just seems weird to me. |

SCD was filming at the same time as The Rookie. I was surprised as well that Nathan didn't have the time to also do Gary but I know they often spend 12 hours or more on set for a show like The Rookie. Even when playing a small part like Gary, he still would have to have alot of makeup before he could even do his lines so it might take significantly more time than I would imagine. It was such a fun role I hate that he had to give it up.
